Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful performance of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development and configuration of software systems - Ensure the successful performance of the team - Contribute to key decisions Professional & Technical Skills: • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HCM. • Proficiency in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) • Strong understanding of SAP HCM employee master and business partner sync • Worked on SAP HCM PA, OM, Time, Payroll, ESS MSS, and CATS. • Should have at least 1 ETE SAP HCM implementation experience. • Worked thoroughly with requirements such as Increment run, Off-cycle process, Regular Payroll, Full Final settlement, Tax declaration in R/3 and ESS application, Payroll integration with Time Finance. • Possesses analytical abilities, communication, and client-interfacing skills. Proven track record in SAP implementation methodology and should have skills in implementing practical Business solutions leveraging SAP Technologies. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work in a team environment. • Document the AS-IS Processes and To-Be Processes; Perform Gap analysis. • Ability to support different SAP services like package evaluation, implementation, upgrades, and support. • Experience in SAP HCM modules including requirements gathering, planning, and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Comprehensive Functional Knowledge of SAP HCM and a thorough understanding of customer needs. • Minimum 3 years and Maximum 5 years of SAP HCM experience including a minimum 1 end-to-end implementation process. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • SAP certification in SAP HCM is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
