- Product Management:
Implement mid-to-long term category and product strategies to achieve com-pany commercial goals and expand market share for ZEISS EYEWEAR business.
- New Product Development:
Work with HQ/suppliers to develop and launch new products that align with business strategy and fulfill market needs.
- Event Planning and Execution:
Work with Product Manager and marketing team closely to plan and execute events, including new product launch events, buy-in events and consumer events for product related sample set, rundown, sales talks, product display on-site to ensure high quality of brand visibility and engagement with the customers and consumers.
- Trade Marketing:
Develop sales packages and trade promotional programs to optimize product as-sortment, implement comprehensive trade marketing plans and B2B development strategies to support the sales team in achieving annual targets.
- POSM & Visual Merchandising:
Develop the marketing materials, POSMs, in-store VM, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while addressing specific local market needs, work with sales team closely to understand the requirements from optical channel.
- Consumer Campaigns:
Plan and execute consumer promotions to enhance brand awareness and drive sell-out. Work with marketing team to deliver a full-year marketing calendar, ensuring digital initia-tives are synchronized with product launch plan and business objectives.
- A&P Budget Management:
Manage the A&P budget and prioritize investment of marketing to deliv-er better result.
- Data analysis:
Generate monthly sales report with sales data analysis. Be able to interpret data and provide business insight and recommendations to explore more business opportunities.
- Operation Management:
Manage the hands-on sample regularly based on the product launch roadmap, conduct shipments, operation process and after-service optimization with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to SKU set up in system, ordering progress, product relate issue solving, etc.
- Supply Chain Management:
Communicate with suppliers, operation team and Product Manager to optimize demand forecast, shipments, and inventory healthness to fulfill business requirements.
Other related projects and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experienced in product management or trade marketing, especially in growing strategic products.
- Familiarity with the optical industry or luxury/apparel/fashion/high-end consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Solid experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional collaborations.
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing development, trade marketing related projects
