Founded in Australia in 2019, we have now helped over 500K patients globally by combining technology, design and operational excellence to help patients access the best clinical support when they need it - wherever they are.

Our 5 clinics (Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, & Compound) focus heavily on personalising the experience for different demographics and are powered by a growing team across 5 countries (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines).

We’ve raised over AUD$160M in funding from Aussie and Silicon Valley investors who were early backers of Uber, Canva and AirBnb. With plans to launch into several more markets, offline channels, and tackle new conditions.

About the Role (What you’ll be doing)

  • Business partnering with our leaders to:

    • Strategic Partnership: Understand the business metrics and coach leaders to achieve their goals. Proactively identify challenges, drive solutions, and ensure recommendations align with the company’s goals
    • Leadership Development: Focus on building leadership capability at all levels. Equip leaders to have necessary conversations when expectations aren’t met. Advocate for and challenge decisions around reward, recognition, and performance
    • Complex issue resolution: Provide strategic guidance on complex employee issues including performance management, disputes, complaints, visas
  • Own and drive accountability and improvements in our people operations team including:

    • Data Insights: Measure and draw insights on people outcomes, using data to guide decision making around workforce planning, performance management, compensation banding and more
    • Process Improvement: Continuously iterate and review our people team systems
    • Team Leadership: Drive a team of 2-3 business partners across APAC

About you (Who you are)

  • 5 + years experience in a strategic HR Manager or Business Partner role in a high performance environment (e.g. technology, high growth start up, consulting etc)
  • 1 + years people management experience
  • Strong knowledge in Australian employment law and regulations to ensure compliance (bonus points for Philippines and Japanese legislation)
  • Strong analytical skills to track people metrics and reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee the delivery people operations like performance and remuneration cycles, audits, and other employee life cycle events
