You will work together with the wider Indirect Tax team as a dedicated resource to Luxclusif business and all indirect tax matters.
This is indeed a great opportunity to work in-house and experience first-hand what it is like to work indirect tax from a business perspective and without any country boundaries, as you will be working with multiple locations.
Assist with day-to-day advisory support for Luxclusif regarding indirect tax issues and questions;
Support with the integration of new business lines, transactions and projects / procedures within the Group. You will be actively supporting in the design of solutions and / or improvements proposals and respective implementations regarding Lusclusif business;
Work with the wider Indirect Tax team (including our internal compliance & Reporting team) to support in overseeing all of Luxclusif’s indirect tax compliance matters;
You will coordinate with external advisors to ensure overall compliance obligations are fulfilled and, where appropriate, you will also liaise to provide tax advice and planning for the business, as required
Monitor workflows and keep tax related documentation updated;
Support management with monitoring all relevant tax legislation to ensure overall compliance and and tax awareness within the Luxclusif business;
Indirect Tax consultant with minimum of 2-3 years of experience;
Experience in EU VAT required
Experience with international tax is a plus;
Wider tax experience is an advantage;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
High sense of responsibility and autonomy are a requirement;
Previous experience in e-commerce and / or fashion industry is an advantage;
Good communication skills and ability to interact with different departments (from Tech to Product, Finance and Operations)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond under stress and adapt to our fast pace and daily changing reality.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and technology-friendly as this role will require close contact with tax software programs (experience in Microsoft Dynamics as user is a plus)
