Job Summary
As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Transformative Marketing, Martech, Brand & Creative and Scaled Marketing Services enabled by Generative AI and next-gen capabilities. These services help our automotive and mobility clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and service strategy and organization model, thereby enabling a powerful & efficient marketing-led growth engine, driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance in automotive and other industries like CGSRT, FS and CMT.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Use Deep dive across automotive projects, helping CMO organizations drive superior performance and relevance: Leverage Accenture’s analytics, consulting, and strategy solutions to enable large-scale transformation vision and strategy, delivering capabilities that improve marketing performance, cost effectiveness, and create relevant consumer experiences for automotive clients.
- Apply hands-on expertise in customer value management and customer lifecycle management within the automotive sector: Work across customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and channel management, focusing on automotive sales, aftersales, and dealership networks.
- Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels and devices for automotive brands: Lead marketing assessments, KPI definition, and solution/vendor evaluation for technologies such as Pega, Adobe, Salesforce, and automotive-specific MarTech platforms.
- Develop business cases for automotive marketing use cases and solutions: Gather business requirements, design processes, and implement solutions tailored to automotive marketing challenges.
- Manage the full spectrum of automotive marketing program execution: From strategy definition to technical delivery, work with real-time marketing concepts like next best offer/action, event-based marketing, and personalized campaigns for automotive customers.
- Design interventions to drive customer acquisition and engagement in automotive: Monitor industry trends, analyze data, and optimize marketing campaigns using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
- Identify marketing process improvement opportunities in automotive: Develop business cases to boost marketing capabilities, campaign strategies, and innovative solutions that drive growth for automotive and mobility clients.
- Participate in business development efforts: Develop proposal responses, build marketing assets and accelerators for the automotive industry, and support pre-sales activities.

Experience:
- Overall experience of 8–12 years, with at least 7+ years in modern marketing organizations and data-driven growth strategies.
- Experience in leading marketing strategy, vision, philosophy, brand architecture, brand stage models, seamless integrated marketing process workflows, organization design, change strategies and workforce skilling strategies.
- Hands-on experience in developing customer research design & execution, insight-led always-on performance engines, customer journey-specific campaigns and offers, hyper-personalized customer experiences that deliver business value.
- Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams.
- Influencing skills to drive change agenda on behalf of the CXOs leveraging structured and proven change management frameworks & principles.
- Understanding of marketing processes and operating models.
- Experience in working across multiple industries including automotive, FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, Communication, Software & Platforms will be an added benefit.
- Experience in working with industry-leading MarTech tools such as Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce, among others along with new age Gen AI agentic solutions preferred.
Educational Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred with bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
