Role Responsibilities

  • Helps with the administration of Western Union's Agent Learning Management System (LMS) and adjunct learning systems, including publication, maintenance and support of learning assets and events.
  • Consults and supports functional LMS administrators to ensure global consistency in the administration and curation of learning systems and content.
  • Curates existing resources to support learning needs for global audiences.
  • Acquires and analyzes feedback from customers and recommends ways to improve the administration of learning and the content that is available to support learning.
  • Additionally, this role is responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of specific projects, reviewing, and fully understanding all project and business requirements, coordinating with staff as well as across functions to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-spec delivery to accomplish tasks for Western Union Agent Academy and Agent Portal Platforms.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for projects.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, specifications, project plans and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute and monitor projects (i.e. LMS country deployments, etc.)

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years Instructional Technology, Organizational Development or Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Learning Design, Project Management or equivalent field or 5+ years of verifiable experience in any of the mentioned fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong project management, continuous improvement, process discipline skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Solid technical skills to load training courseware and troubleshoot issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Able to manage work with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, business environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with multiple clients throughout the business
  • Demonstrable experience working with an LMS and web platforms.
  • Strong experience leading technology projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Project Management certifications (PMI, Scrum, SAFe) will make you stand out.
