What this role is all about

Are you passionate about building seamless, high-performance web experiences? As a Frontend Software Engineer on Infobip’s RCS product, you’ll help define the future of messaging, developing real-time features that reach millions globally. RCS (Rich Communication Services) is transforming the way brands interact with users, combining the reliability of mobile operators with the interactivity of modern apps. In this team, your work will enable businesses to send rich, interactive messages that go far beyond plain text. You’ll tackle complex challenges in distributed systems and help shape a product at the forefront of Infobip’s global ambitions.

What you'll do

- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot frontend components and services for the RCS platform.
- Ensure your code is high-quality, testable, and scalable, with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Grow toward full stack development by expanding your skills in backend, monitoring, and system design.
- Engage in code reviews, foster knowledge sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
 

What makes you a strong fit

- Professional experience as a software engineer with a focus on frontend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Node.js.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with concurrent and multi-tier applications.
- Experience with code reviews and automated testing.
- Collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to engineering excellence.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-have qualifications

- Exposure to Java, Spring, and Spring Boot development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Canary.
- Experience with project and knowledge management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Slack.
- Openness to adopting, implementing, or proposing new technologies.
