What You'll Do:
Ensures that all documents received are documented in workflow database or document tracking logbook. Distributes documents to appropriate technicians.
Indexes and scans all payroll documents.
Performs administrative duties --- types, edits, updates forms/documents/procedures. Maintains departmental listings and binders.
Documents and distributes manual checks to appropriate technicians. Prepares and distributes daily and monthly reports.
Assists employees/customers --- walk-ins, telephone, or written correspondence.
Documents and distributes notice of deposits (NODs) and checks on a biweekly basis.
Maintains equipment and supplies for the area. Distributes mail to departmental employees.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience:
1 Year Administrative/clerical experience.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. Good judgment skills. Effective customer service and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Skills and Tools:
Microsoft Office
Preferred Work Experience:
1 year benefit, payroll, or other Human Resources support experience.
