Job Scope/Summary
What the position offers you:
To support our growth, we are looking for a Security & Risk Management Consultant. You will be part of an innovative team, working closely with other experts and architects to help, define and deploy world class customer solutions to manage IT risks and compliancy using the ServiceNow platform.
Providing process and functional expertise as a consulting service to clients; contributing to the challenges of IT risks & Compliance Management by design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, process design, change management, demonstrations, business focused testing and training. You will develop and demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in the risk & compliancy Management.

Job Specifics/Responsibilities
You will be part of a team of specialists delivering Security & Risk Management consultancy and ServiceNow solutions to multiple customers.
Perform and/or assist in Integrated policy and Control frameworks (based on frameworks like ISO 270000, COBIT, Data privacy, …)
Leading workshops to demonstrate processes and solutions in the ServiceNow platform and convince the client how they benefit from it.
Define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.
Translating business requirement to functional solutions in ServiceNow.
Building client understanding of IRM, GRC, ISO, COBIT and presenting to a high standard of quality, including customers demonstration, defining roadmap and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions
Mentoring and training more junior members of the team.
Producing documentation and training material for the implemented solutions; training the client

What do you bring along?
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Bachelor/master’s degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
(Multiple years of) Relevant work experience with Risk & Compliance Management
Willing to learn ServiceNow platform. Experience in ServiceNow is not a pre
Experience in consulting external customers
Skills And Qualities
A good understanding of Risk and compliance,
Understanding of frameworks like COBIT, ISO 270000 and data privacy frameworks.
You will need to have good communication skills both written and oral, ability to present solutions to customers and be highly focused on providing strong customer service.
Able to work as part of a team or individually to project timelines, you will need to be pro-active, creative and able to research solutions and make recommendations, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong personal commitment to quality service
Highly focused on customer satisfaction
Ability to switch between multiple tasks, projects, contexts and concepts.
Curious and self-learner
Strong interpersonal communication skills and like working with customers in problem solving mode.
Located in the Netherlands.
Capacity to travel which will be necessary but is not integral to this position.
Fluent in Dutch and English, another European language would be an asset.
