1 This position is responsible for customer order daily handling and daily shipping arrangement.

2. Follow customer EDI weekly and update the order confirmation to customer if EDI change.

3. Forward the customer requirements to internal function department as the customer contact window

4. Claim the EO to customer cause by order fluctuation.
