ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Europoort plant to coordinate all production and building related maintenances activities.

ROLE DETAILS:

This position contributes the plant maintenance strategy and its implementation, with a development path to the Maintenance Manager for an ambitious individual who would like to progress their career. The typical duties and accountabilities will be:

• Prepare schedules for preventive and major maintenance activities and set priorities in the sequence of work.

• Assess the current quality of technical work and take corrective actions, if necessary, to increase standards.

• Ensure familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations and mechanical requirements to ensure activities comply with relevant internal and external guidelines.

• Assign and supervise outsourced work, overseeing the supplier work arrangements and the ordering of parts relevant to any work.

• Report to relevant team members on project progress.

• Undertake team supervision to ensure a positive team spirit and performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English.

• Relevant education and/or equivalent relevant experience within manufacturing.

• Experience with mechanical and electrical installations.

• Can demonstrate and be confident in communicating with team members and senior stakeholders alike.
