As an Allocation Specialist, you will support product allocation activities across Canada by partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Hospital Care teams to manage product availability, allocation processes, and supply-related challenges. Your work directly supports business continuity and helps minimize disruptions to patient care.

Your Team

You will join the Commercial Operations & Enablement team, working closely with cross-functional partners to coordinate allocation activities, support product launches, drive process improvements, and maintain allocation-related systems and documentation. The team serves as a critical link between commercial and supply chain functions, helping ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and prioritize allocation release requests to help minimize disruptions to patient care and therapies.
  • Coordinate allocation activities across Supply Chain, Marketing, Hospital Care, and Sales teams to support business priorities.
  • Lead allocation-related activities for product launches, product revisions, and system updates, including mass uploads and code maintenance within JDE.
  • Apply approved allocation adjustments and maintain allocation parameters to support product availability.
  • Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities and support standardization initiatives.
  • Develop reporting and provide data-driven recommendations related to supply gaps, allocation trends, and operational performance.
  • Create, maintain, and update allocation-related job aids, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Support onboarding and training activities for allocation processes and tools.

What You'll Bring

  • College or university degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, marketing operations, supply chain operations, or a related business function.
  • Experience analyzing operational data and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, including JDE.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience supporting allocation, inventory management, demand planning, customer operations, or similar operational processes.
  • Experience developing process documentation, job aids, or training materials

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $72,080.00 - $108,120.00 CAD annually, which reflects base salary as well as estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company and individual performance outcomes.
