Job Summary

The Commission and Data Management Specialist role is responsible for processing commission payments, performing audits, managing production data, and ensuring smooth integration with corporate systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of commission processes and data management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input commission payments into the system, ensuring that all data is processed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Conduct regular audits of commission payments to verify accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Oversee the collection, maintenance, and accuracy of production data, ensuring that all information is properly organized and up to date.

  • Continuously audit production and commission data for accuracy, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the shared services commissions team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on commission-related matters.

  • Assist shared services center with technology implementations related to commissions, ensuring smooth transitions and functionality of new systems.

  • Facilitate the integration of company data with shared service center systems, ensuring seamless processing and transfer of information.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with commission processing and auditing

  • Proficiency in data management and system integration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with technology implementations and system support

  • Proficient in MS Excel and other data management tools; experience with commission software is a plus
