Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to lead a small team and keep our systems, applications, and infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for technical issues, IT projects, and documentation while ensuring end-users get fast, reliable support.

Job Description

• Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and networking
• Install and configure hardware and software applications
• Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning
• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects
• Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs
• Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills
• Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
