Join the dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapy team at 205 Sunnyview Lane, and make a lasting impact on patients lives.

This is a multi-disciplinary clinic with Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy. Applicants will provide Physical Therapy services to patients of all diagnosis.
Experience preferred with neurological diagnosis including; CVA, TBI, Parkinson, and Vestibular patients.

Will work closely with Occupational therapy and Speech Language Pathologist focusing on improving the overall function of the patient.

Qualifications:

  • One of the following required:

    • Current Montana Physical Therapy license.

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, with the ability to obtain a Montana Physical Therapy license within 30 days of hire.

  • Current HS AED CPR certification.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.

Job Specific Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized physical therapy plans.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments addressing physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

  • Create and maintain an up-to-date plan of care with goals, interventions, and visit frequency.

  • Effectively plan, communicate, and supervise therapy services.

  • Provide treatment in line with physical therapy standards and department policies.

  • Actively engage in the rehabilitation process, performing assessments and identifying patient goals.

  • Maintain high customer service standards and effective communication with patients and staff.

  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation, adhering to payer guidelines (Medicare, Private Insurance, Medicaid) and Montana regulations.

  • Contribute to department projects and community programs.

  • Meet department productivity standards.

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
