What impact you’ll make: 

As a leader of the FP&A team, you will be an active contributor to the Control business strategic and tactical planning to support the growth of the Business in the coming 5 years.   

Job Description:  

What you’ll do  

• Manage of a team of people covering the full range of work within the FP&A family. 

• Contribute towards Long range Business strategy and lead short term business planning: Long Range forecast, Early Read, Annual budget 

• Perform Month and Quarter close… lead the Business finance Team towards closing activities 

• Influence: able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Will perform closing decks that summarize the performance of the Business 

• Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.  

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) 

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience

• Minium required experience in Finance 8 years 

• 5/6 years of experience in FP&A. 

• Knowing SAP Reporting and Gas Power FP&A tools 

What will make you stand out 

• Experience in dealing with planning and Long Range forecasting  

• Direct Operational connection / communication with Operations and leader of a business 

• Ability to articulate complex messages and financial outcomes with Operational inputs
