Job Description:

Project Manager  with experience in transformation projects, in particular Mainframe transformation. 

• Leadership of application projects in a multidisciplinary team environment with more than 10 elements. 
• Hard skills (time, team, risk, stakeholders, change management). 
• Soft skills (team facilitation, client facing, communication…) 
• Management of technically complex projects (minimum 2) 
• Management and communication with multiple stakeholders 
• Portuguese and English language. 
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management. 
• Support business development activities within its scope of expertise and participate in technical proposals process. 
• Client Facing, customer on-site and hybrid work. 
• Portuguese Native and Fluent in English is a must
