Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop microservices and light-weight architecture using Spring Boot and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Java Standard Edition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Develop microservices and light-weight architecture using Spring Boot and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Java Standard Edition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the application meets business needs. - Ensure that the application is scalable, reliable, and maintainable, adhering to best practices and industry standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Java Standard Edition using Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. -Experience working with Kafka, Attunity and MQ technologies is desirable -Work on Continuous integration using tools such as Jenkins, OpenShift, PCF, AWS -Experience with SQL and ability to check data, Spring, SpringBoot, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot and Java Standard Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - Shift timings -12 PM to 10 PM.
