About This Role:
As a Vendor Risk Management Analyst, you will join the VRM-Procurement department, playing a crucial role in supporting business partners worldwide with supplier onboarding and risk assessment processes. Acting as the first line of support for customers, you will facilitate smooth vendor onboarding and ensure timely risk assessments. Additionally, you will work closely with the Procurement to Pay and Risk teams, serving as a liaison to streamline processes and identify improvements. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our global procurement operations, ensuring that vendor management aligns with business goals and regulatory standards. This role is integral to maintaining a robust vendor risk management framework within the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide answers and solutions to Aravo users via the ServiceNow ticketing system, emails, Teams chat, and calls.
  • Monitor the vendors' onboarding progress and reach out to Business Owners to expedite the process.
  • Receive and transfer customer feedback to appropriate areas for action.
  • Train customers on the tools and processes related to vendor management.
  • Review and update internal documentation to ensure process accuracy and suggest improvements.
  • Enhance tools, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Address technical issues promptly and provide solutions with IT support.
  • Collaborate with the VRM team to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a direct liaison with internal teams to ensure seamless vendor onboarding and risk assessments.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Project Management in a global environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate or proficient level user of MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal guidance.
  • Communicative, organized, and accountable.
  • Team-player with an international and inclusive mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow and ERP systems like Oracle.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office products, including Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting tools.

  • This role is in hybrid model of work.
  • Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
