This role is focused on day-to-day coordination, action tracking, stakeholder follow-up, data maintenance, meeting organisation, issue escalation, and practical support to ensure agreed deployment plans are delivered effectively. The position works closely with supply chain, commercial, operations, customer service, project teams, and global stakeholders to support robotic NPIs and line extensions, maintain clear visibility of progress, and help ensure deployment activities are completed in a compliant, timely, and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment Coordination and Execution Support

  • Coordinate day-to-day deployment activities for agreed robotics initiatives, ensuring actions, owners, timelines, and dependencies are clearly tracked.
  • Support cross-functional teams by maintaining deployment plans, trackers, meeting outputs, and status updates.
  • Follow up on open actions, highlight delays or blockers, and escalate risks or decisions requiring management attention.

Launch Readiness and Operational Support

  • Support readiness activities for robotic New Product Introduction launches and line extensions, ensuring local teams understand required actions and timelines.
  • Coordinate hyper-care activities following deployment, including issue logging, action follow-up, status reporting, and transition support.
  • Help identify practical operational impacts across supply chain, customer service, and related teams, and support completion of required preparation activities.
  • Support the handover of deployment outputs into business-as-usual processes, ensuring key documents, owners, and open actions are clear.

Project Administration and Governance Support

  • Maintain project trackers, action logs, risk and issue logs, meeting notes, readiness checklists, and deployment documentation.
  • Organise regular working team meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Prepare clear status updates and inputs for governance forums, highlighting progress, risks, issues, decisions needed, and next steps.
  • Ensure deployment information is accurate, accessible, and kept up to date for all relevant stakeholders.

Issue Management, Compliance and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor operational risks, issues, dependencies, and action gaps, escalating where support or decisions are required.
  • Support mitigation actions by coordinating follow-up with relevant owners and tracking progress through to closure.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify deployment routines, improve documentation, and strengthen repeatable ways of working.
  • Follow all applicable laws, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
