Rock Dental Brands is a group of doctors who provide multidisciplinary care in General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. Job Summary

As the Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our network of affiliated dental practices. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential partners, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence and revenue streams.

Job Duties:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within the dental industry.

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and proactively identify potential dental practices for affiliation through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental practice owners, industry influencers, and professional associations.

  • Negotiation and Partnership Development: Partner with Executive Management and lead negotiations to finalize agreements with prospective dental practices, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth through effective account management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to support the pre-diligence and successful integration of newly affiliated dental practices.

  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, metrics, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Training and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the business development team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field

  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales, strategic partnerships within the healthcare or dental industry

  • Strong understanding of the dental market, industry trends, and competitive dynamics

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and execute complex initiatives

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving revenue targets.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies

  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential partners and attend industry events

  • Self-motivated and able to build trusting relationships
