By leveraging digital tools and collaborating across functions, you will help ensure that our supply chain remains agile, responsive, and aligned with business needs.

Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver life-saving treatments to markets around the world.

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Manage supply repackaging planning activities to ensure reliable product availability in line with customer service and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate post-shipment activities such as repacking and relabeling, ensuring timely execution and alignment with local business requirements.
  • Monitor local process capacity and proactively escalate supply risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review material requirements across the planning horizon and maintain optimal inventory levels to support repackaging needs.
  • Support special supply and PCM strategies to ensure continuous product availability.
  • Track process performance against metrics, conduct scenario analysis, and propose solutions to mitigate supply risks.
  • Leverage digital tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP, BOBJ) to enhance supply visibility and ensure data consistency across systems.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply, production, or demand planning.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain concepts and ERP/reporting tools (e.g., SAP APO, SAP ECC, BI tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Developing effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Strong knowledge of legislation, market practices, and the local logistics market business environment

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in manufacturing or packaging.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics such as predictive modeling or algorithm planning.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and other BI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate across cross-functional teams.
