Job Title: SAP Functional SME - HR SF Core

Job Description:
The SAP Functional SME - HR SF Core specializes in optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Core systems to align with HR operational needs and enterprise goals. This role demands a strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and HR processes to ensure functional correctness and optimal system performance while collaborating across multiple teams to design innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Validation and Expertise:

  • Apply deep knowledge of HR business processes and SAP system behavior to validate workflows and requirements, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Ensure the functional correctness of SAP SuccessFactors Core (HR Central) and SAP HCM Payroll solutions.

Business Process Optimization:

  • Lead the analysis and refinement of HR/Payroll business processes to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Map, model, and document HR workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance to drive effective performance and decision-making.
  • Engage with multiple project teams, contributing to solutions that apply across organizational boundaries.

Continuous Improvement and Insights:

  • Proactively identify gaps in existing systems and processes, offering innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Knowledge Sharing and Training:

  • Support the development and delivery of training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to team expertise by sharing best practices in SAP HCM Payroll integration and SuccessFactors Core modules.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Expert Proficiency: SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Recommended Proficiency: SAP SuccessFactors Core.
  • Advanced Skills: Business Process Modeling, Mapping, and Documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and drive innovative HR and Payroll solutions.

The SAP Functional SME - HR SF Core will ensure the seamless integration and optimization of SAP HR systems, aligning business processes with best practices to improve system functionality, enhance user experiences, and meet strategic organizational goals.
