About our Team
 

You will be joining a collaborative, curious, team of Software Engineers at all different levels. By joining us you will have the opportunity to share ownership in solving this problem end to end. From exploring new data sources for building features, to design and put in production predictive models and make sure they perform consistently over time.
 

About the Role
 

As a C# Software Engineer you will be able to engage in all aspects of the development of our product from design to release. The development team works hand in hand with architecture, customer support and product to best meet the needs of our thousands of B2B customers. In this CI/CD delivery model releasing changes multiple times a day which allows for but also highly accountable environment. Team cohesion and collaboration is a critical component of our team performance, and a senior developer would have responsibility for upholding these standards.

Responsibilities
 

  • Finalizing requirements by collaborating with other technical personnel or team members
  • Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex software
  • Completing complex bug fixes
  • Translating complex product requirements into software designs, working closely with other development team members
  • Building and maintaining Software Solutions.


Requirements
 

  • Be respectful of the contributions of people in all the roles that contribute to our products
  • Possess extensive experience in Software Engineering
  • Be able to train and mentor entry-level software engineers, with experience of doing this is in a similar role
  • Be willing to grow technically, to experiment and innovate.
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills and be able to collaborate on technical concepts with others, translating requirements where needed to more consumable language for contributors in other roles.
  • Experience in development languages including but not limited to: C#, F#, Java, Spring Boot ,Docker, Kubernetes, Python, C#, Node JS, Angular. Cloud Platforms AWS, Oracle, GCP, Azure.
  • Be able to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.
  • Be able to complete complex bug fixes to communicate clearly the cause and progress on resolution with their team and the customer facing stakeholders.
