Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide sales solutions and services in the Electrification business based in Mexico for stakeholder in the United States. Each day, you will support a proper implementation, analysis and communication of the sales processes, sales compensation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper communication and updating on issues related to tools development and new functionalities.

The work model for the role is: #L-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Marketing & Sales organization. Main stakeholders are Finance, Marketing & Sales Leadership

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Perform routine audits and reconciliations of sales and compensation data across multiple systems
  • Prepare, validate, and review commission calculations to ensure accuracy and policy compliance
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate data discrepancies or calculation issues
  • Respond to basic sales compensation inquiries and support issue resolution
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to sales incentives
  • Follow established controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field with experience in operational & Analytical Skills.

  • 1+ years of experience in analyst, operations, finance, or data support roles

  • Advanced English Level

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable with recurring, structured tasks and processes. Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow a logical, step-by-step approach. Understanding of data validation and reconciliation

  • Basic familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., look-ups, pivot tables, basic modeling)

  • Ability to troubleshoot data mismatches and identify root causes. Logical, step-by-step approach to investigating issues
