Work Shift

Day (United States of America)

This position supports rehabilitation services by assisting licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in providing age-appropriate patient care. Additional responsibilities include administrative support for therapists and general departmental duties as needed.

Core Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Assist therapists with patient treatment under direct supervision.
• Provide a "second set of hands" when needed during therapy sessions.
• Perform general administrative support tasks for therapists.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and supplies are readily available.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Certifications & Licensure:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.

Experience:

• Prior experience in an Outpatient Rehab patient care setting (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
