You’ll join our eight-person Corporate Communications team as part of a collaborative design group that includes another designer and a Creative Manager. Together, you’ll create visuals that bring our ideas, stories, and messages to life across a wide range of channels.

You’ll balance conceptual design with hands-on production — sometimes creating original work from the ground up, other times adapting and evolving our brand templates to fit new needs. Your designs will help our staff, clients, and community connect with our work, whether through a blog post, social media graphic, or event presentation.

You’ll collaborate daily with our Communications Strategists, project teams, and corporate staff, acting as a creative partner who can turn concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
Why This Role Matters
This role is about making ideas visual and memorable. You’ll help our messages stand out through thoughtful, creative design — whether it’s an internal campaign, a client-facing blog post, or an event presentation. You’ll be part of a creative team that shares ideas, supports each other’s work, and takes pride in creating visuals that connect with people.
