Compensation and Regulatory Reporting Manager

We’re looking for a Total Rewards Project Manager who is excited to join the Global People team to further support the international growth of the company. Our ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, takes ownership and is not afraid to roll-up-their-sleeves to get work done. You will be the key point of contact for all aspects of Total Rewards regulations, audit and reporting and play a key role in ongoing enhancements to Total Rewards programs.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for all regulatory policies and processes surrounding Total Rewards, such as Adyen’s Remuneration Policies and our Regulatory Remuneration Framework.
  • Own all regulatory reporting related to Total Rewards including but not limited to Pillar III, Identified Staff, Variable Pay, Corporate Social Reporting and the European Pay Transparency Act.
  • Be responsible for preparation of Remuneration Report as part of the Annual Report.
  • Manage internal and external HR audits (e.g. Equal Pay) and work together with the Internal Audit team to improve processes, including defining internal controls and walkthroughs for external auditors.
  • Track legislative changes and make sure all our reporting is ahead of regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and own the (external) relationships with regards to gender pay and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Point of contact for our employee equity vendor.
  • Support in our ongoing compensation and benefits benchmarking activities using internal and external data sources such as AON Radford and Compa.
  • Support Total Rewards projects around bonuses, commission and the annual compensation review.
  • Support identification of ongoing opportunities to enhance Total Rewards offering and programs.

Who you are

  • Someone with relevant experience in the Total Rewards space.
  • Someone with strong stakeholder management and communication skills to translate regulations and requirements to broader HR audience.
  • Strong coordinator with experience in project management desired.
  • An analytical thinker with high data literacy and ability to transform regulations into actionable guidance that supports the Adyen business.
  • Someone that enjoys working on strategic and operational challenges in a growing FinTech organization.
  • Someone with a basic understanding of European and Dutch remuneration regulations (SRD II, CRD V, EBA Guidelines, WFT, WBFO) or willingness to learn.
