Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Lead serves as a critical partner to leadership and HR colleagues to drive talent strategies across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of executive recruitment from strategic sourcing and candidate screening to conducting interviews and negotiating offers
- Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies tailored to build a broad pool of executive level candidates, emphasizing both external recruitment and internal talent
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic guidance aligned with business objectives
- Partner with HR Business Partners to build strategies designed to solve talent gaps
- Lead (plan and facilitate) senior level talent review and succession planning processes ensuring inclusive processes. Manage roll-up and next steps for Director and above level talent. During these processes, build capability for HRBPs and Leaders to enable accurate high potential assessment and successor identification, resulting in best-in-class execution of talent strategies and discussions, and embedding of talent philosophies into our work environment.
- Ensure best-in-class functional executive experience through onboarding and assimilation activities for Executive and VP external hires and internal promotions.
- Build/enhance a well-rounded executive selection approach for VP and above talent through internal and external strategic pipelining, exploration of talent pipelines, success profile/interview design, and selection assessment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within a complex and high-growth organization
- 7+ years of experience leading senior-level and commercial executive searches, with a strong understanding of how to assess and attract transformative leadership talent.
- Insurance/Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred—ideally within complex, multi-entity or private equity-backed environments.
- Demonstrated success operating as a trusted talent advisor to senior executives, with strong consultative and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Deep expertise in executive recruiting tools and processes (e.g., sourcing strategies, compensation trends, candidate experience).
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
