As Lead to Cash (AR) Team Lead, you will be leading a team of up to 8 people and ensure successful daily operations with a strategic focus towards people, processes, and tools as we scale.
The L2C (Lead to Cash) department is a dynamic and diverse group of 22 talented professionals dedicated to ensuring timely collections and excelling in credit management. Our team is made up of individuals from five different countries, bringing a rich variety of perspectives and creating a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere. What you will be responsible for:
Manage and oversee day to day operations of the AR function, ensuring team's timely and accurate service delivery
Ensure AR policies, processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, up-to-date, documented and followed
Implement and maintain credit control policies and procedures
Audit delinquent accounts considered to be un-correctable to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to the accounts
Oversee the monthly reconciliation of AR and related accounts (such as unapplied cash, unclaimed credits, clearing, accrual, bad debt, charge-backs, withholding and sales tax)
Lead, mentor, and manage AR team members, offering guidance, training, and ongoing performance and development support to your team members
Develop and monitor a set of KPIs to report on the overall effectiveness of the AR process and develop action plans for the team to implement
Maintain strong relationship with BMI Group stakeholders and BPO organization, serving as a primary point of contact to resolve any queries/ customer account issues on a timely basis
Actively participate in transformation projects, supporting the implementation of new technologies, and process improvements that streamline AR process
Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and projects as necessary
About you:
Bachelor's degree (equivalent qualifications) in finance, accounting, or related field
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Management with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff
Fluent English language skills (French language skills would be a great advantage)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders and customers
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, tools, and procedures (preferably SAP)
Experience in successfully transitioning of business processes would be a great advantage

Salary ranges from 3400 to 4100 euro gross depending on your experience.
