Delivery Information Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As GBS Delivery Information Team Leader has the responsibility to support Delivery Information Administrators with package investigations, package damages evaluation and claim process, using internal systems to trace packages and locate proof of delivery for customers, always providing the highest quality service. DI Team Leader coordinates the daily workload within the Team and is responsible for reporting, coaching and training.

We expect from applicants:

· Very good English skills (written and spoken).

· Fluent Spanish skills (written and spoken).

· Strong customer service skills.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.

· Strong reporting skills.

· MS Office proficiency (Excel).

· Professional behavior under all circumstances.

· Problem-solving attitude.

· Ability to work using your own initiative as well as within a team environment.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· To be support for the Supervisor.
