YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable Sr. Analyst to join our team. The Analytics group (Redbox) is passionate about data analysis, measurement, and storytelling. We are nimble and scrappy, employing multiple traditional and non-traditional methods and data sources to tackle consumer insights, audience exploration, brand health, competitive analysis, media attribution, media accountability, data dashboarding and advanced modeling. We believe it is important to guide clients’ media effectiveness measurement to be holistic, capture incrementality, and focus on business outcomes (not vanity media metrics).
As a Sr. Analyst you will drive day to day analytics excellence for our clients. You will help promote data driven decision making across the agency and with our clients. You will collaborate with New Business, Strategy, and Account Tems. The agency looks to the Analytics group for direction, strategic thinking, and prowess in data science. This role is remote but we are seeking a candidate with proximity to the Los Angeles area for occasional team meetings.

Salary: 75,000-95,000. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
