Overview:

If so, we invite you to apply for the Scaled Digital Sourcing (SDS) Senior Buyer Specialist role within our Product Supply Function. As a member of the Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will be responsible for supporting our business operations. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects aimed at improving our services and operations.

Your team

You will report to the Purchasing team leader and learn about the buying process.

What success looks like

You will lead the sourcing and procurement process all the way to execution, ensuring that business and user needs are met while delivering significant value creation. You are a hands-on sourcing buyer with exceptional analytical and sourcing skills. As you work across the region, you will need excellent communication skills to build relationships with various stakeholders in the business, including managing relationship with Suppliers. You will work independently guided by the established process and standards.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the daily operations and execution of SDS delegated scope within the low dollar spend procurement. Key deliverables include total value creation, catalogue utilization- adoption, content and compliance.
• Lead the sourcing-procurement process, then work together with Site Users and vendors for the correct SDS sourcing execution until awarding of PR/PO. Review the SOW/Quote, ensuring the right Payment Terms are used, right buying channel selected, and the right documentations are in place (approvals based on DA16, commercial contract, TPRM compliance, etc.)
• Conduct market analysis, look for suppliers offering best price with superior quality and service performance in order to deliver best value for the company. Similarly, SDS Buyer is equally responsible in managing relationship to key suppliers and is responsible to ensure suppliers comply to P&G standards and policies.
• Within SDS, the buyer is expected to identify opportunity areas to drive process improvement and efficiencies that may involve capability building of users through regular trainings and to some extent focused group discussions.
