Your New Role

This team plays a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships with subscribers. Leveraging data-driven insights, this team aims to understand subscriber behaviour, preferences and needs, allowing for personalized interactions and targeted marketing efforts. The goal is to enhance satisfaction, build loyalty and drive repeat business.    

We are looking for an intern, based in Singapore, who will support the marketing and operational needs of the Retention & Engagement team. The role will mainly be based on Southeast Asia needs and require working with cross functional teams in the region for specific project needs.

 

Your Role Accountabilities

Campaign Support

  • Support execution of campaign including:
    • Support on managing content calendar and propose library titles for engagement initiatives
    • Review user lifecycle journeys and propose optimisation opportunities
    • Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights
    • Assist in copywriting and submitting creative briefs

Data Analytics support

  • Update key performance indicators and partake in business performance reviews
  • Assist in monthly budget forecast exercise

Team operational support & Housekeeping

  • Co-ordinating with cross functional teams for project deliveries
  • Pulling data sets to use for reporting on a regular cadence
  • Generating regular performance report and dashboards for internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage many stakeholders and multiple simultaneous asks
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred
  • Is a team player
  • Able to work under tight timelines and support different brands/projects concurrently
  • Strong interest in data analysis and deriving insights from metrics
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, and user journeys
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
