Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed in line with industry best practices and standards, while also considering the specific needs of the business. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and testing and debugging applications. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand application requirements. - Design and develop scalable and efficient applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Implement and maintain application features and functionality. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Knowledge of programming languages such as C# or Java. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
