Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the service product portfolio while ensuring alignment with market needs and technological trends. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, support sales with technical expertise, and actively engage with customers to translate their needs into innovative product solutions.


The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Manage the product portfolio and ensure accuracy and up-to-date product data in collaboration with the Data Management team.

  • Collaborate with global Product Managers to develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Position service products in line with market needs and technological trends (e.g., sustainability).

  • Provide technical and product expertise to support the sales team.

  • Prepare product documentation such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and instructional videos in cooperation with the Communication and Marketing teams.

  • Conduct customer visits (approximately 20% of the time) to understand their needs and translate them into product development initiatives.


Qualifications for the role

  • Higher education, preferably technical (preferred disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, or Power Engineering).

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a technical company.

  • Strong interest in product management and the commercial aspects of engineering.

  • Knowledge of automation and drive control systems would be an advantage.

  • Proactive and accountable approach to work, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to provide technical advice and support.

  • Proficiency in English and Polish, both spoken and written.

  • Willingness to travel for business within Poland (up to 20% of working time).
