Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Revenue Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret complex data. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the life sciences sector. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences Revenue Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
