Overview: 
The Subscription Manager (SM) at PTC is pivotal in driving the growth and retention of annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the Subscription Management Sales Organization. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, they ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting PTC’s vision across the ecosystem. 

In this exciting role, you will be part of the Subscription Management Team which falls under the Customer Success organization. You will work directly with partners and collaborate with the entire PTC ecosystem to secure on time renewals and ARR. Interested applicants should be highly energetic, goal-oriented and thrive in a team environment.  

Day-To-Day:

  • To review and deliver Channel Renewal quotations to Partners 150-180 days in advance.
  • To be able to communicate & interact with Partner Sales to gather feedback
  • To follow up with orders and process them until orders are completely booked
  • Accurate and daily updating in the Clari, Salesforce and all PTC systems
  • Manage all Renewal related partner queries in a timely manner  with the right level of quality
  • Ability to communicate risk to report to management.
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure a successful renewal.  
  • Leveraging the PTC ecosystem to ensure optimal levels of satisfaction for PTC partners throughout the entire renewal journey.

  • Daily accurate and concise updating of Salesforce and other system comes naturally to you
  • Sense of Accuracy: ensure pricing, quotes and system entries are correct
  • Sense of Urgency: handle pressure at quarter end and support quick turnaround times for requests
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills must be demonstrated
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, you bring a “can-do” attitude to work every day
  • You take ownership, involve the right stakeholders when appropriate and are comfortable dealing with a level of ambiguity
  • You leverage your experience to contribute to the continual commercial and process improvement initiatives we run

Preferred Experience:

  • Able to handle Salesforce and good with Excel
  • Some experience in Sales related environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Korea are mandatory.
  • Ability to converse and write in basic English is necessary but not required
