We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Sales Enablement practitioner to join our Global Sales Enablement team! This truly is a unique opportunity to support the roll out of key enablement programs in the Travel Solutions commercial organization. We’re looking for a strong communicator who can be comfortable managing multiple projects at one time – if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities

What will you achieve? 
The ideal candidate will have experience in engaging with members of sales team and supporting functions across all levels to deliver sales onboarding, training, and enablement plans to upskill the Travel Solutions Commercial organization.  

  • Coordinate and track the Sales Onboarding Program
  • Create impactful communications, content, and training assets that resonate with sales teams
  • Develop creative and fun educational programs to engage the commercial organization
  • Lead the execution of sales enablement programs and measure progress through business/sales KPIs

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Batchelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to prioritize projects, and complete tasks by meeting timelines and goals 
  • Strong team player, with an ability to also work autonomously
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactical project plans 
  • Fluent English speaker/writer 

Nice To Have Skills

  • Enablement experience in setting, tracking, and analyzing global sales enablement programs, including onboarding programs 
  • Project Management experience
  • Hands on experience with Learning Management Systems (Litmos), content management systems (Unily, SharePoint), and CRM (Salesforce)
