About the team:

The Fusion-Microspace team focuses on space planning, assortment, and data analytics to support business objectives. This group collaborates closely to design and implement scalable software solutions, leveraging skills in software development, data engineering, and API integration. The team emphasizes agile methodologies and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, maintainable applications. Members contribute to requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with technical and business needs. The team fosters a professional environment that values expertise, innovation, and effective communication to achieve impactful results within the Walmart Group of Companies.
What you'll do:
  • Analyze and classify business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation.
  • Design scalable software solutions, converting high-level designs into detailed functional components.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain clean, testable code adhering to coding standards and security policies.
  • Build automation scripts to streamline continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Execute and support comprehensive testing strategies to identify and resolve defects.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs and technical specifications.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in software development with proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience designing scalable, distributed systems with attention to non-functional requirements such as security, availability, and maintainability.
  • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and user stories.
  • Skilled in debugging, integration testing, and defect management using modern tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable code aligned with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
