TITLE: Deployment Project Coordinator (II)

LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia

GRADE: B2

Responsibilities:

• Representing NCRV in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company.

• Provide proactive assistance and support to the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and project execution.

• Providing comprehensive administrative support, including communications, documentation handling, access permits, and detailed functional documentation for installations.

• Ensure all project deadlines and milestones are met through effective time and task management.

• Creating relationships with customers at the local level (Branch, Store or office).

• Cooperation with all services within and outside the company in order to create and evaluate functional requirements within the optimization of the process.

• Monitor, assess, and communicate project risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

• Perform additional tasks and contribute to other projects as assigned by senior team members or supervisors.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
