Pumpkin is looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Agent to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting and strategic sales initiatives. As a CS Agent, you will focus on establishing new business through educating and enrolling prospective customers, following up on leads, and providing a best-in-show customer experience. 

Prospective candidates should possess a goal-oriented mindset, concentrating on transforming opportunities into sales while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will prioritize the customer, actively listening to their needs and collaborating to achieve optimal sales outcomes. If you have a passion for animals and a desire to educate humans on the importance of uncompromising care for their pets, this role is for you. 
The compensation for this position ranges from $16.00-$23.00 (hourly). Compensation may vary outside the listed range, based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, performance, skills, and experience. The compensation range listed is just one component of Pumpkin’s total compensation package for employees. Total compensation packages, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short or long-term incentives. If hired, employees will be in an ‘at-will position’ and Pumpkin reserves the right to modify compensation (as well as any other discretionary payment or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
