Job Purpose

The Integration Services Manager leads and develops the Integration Team and oversees all activity required to provide efficient and effective integration services that meet customer contractual obligations.

You will own the complete integration lifecycle, ensuring a seamless customer experience through our integration centre in Bor (CZ). This includes managing builds via the “BTO” process in SAP 4.6 and the “BTS” process in SAP 6.8 (legacy TS), coordinating complex workflows, and ensuring every order is executed accurately, on time, and to specification.

This is a highly complex role that touches numerous bespoke systems and processes, requiring a methodical, structured, and detail‑driven approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

Integration Leadership & Operational Ownership

  • Lead, train, and manage the Integration Team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
  • Oversee all integration activities from component supply through to shipping.
  • Ensure smooth execution of BTO (SAP 4.6) and BTS (SAP 6.8) processes.
  • Drive performance excellence and process adherence across all integration workflows.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

You will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders, including:
Sales & BDMs, Procurement, Planners, Product Marketing, Bid Support, Operations, Warehouse & Logistics, Inbound/Outbound teams, Integration Engineers, SDS Technical Teams, Business Leaders, Carriers, Credit & AR teams, CiBOT, IMEX, CAM Team, and IT (including testing and process owners).

End‑to‑End Integration Ownership

  • Own all integration processes: sales order creation, BTO/BTS management, BOM management, scheduling, and shipment.
  • Manage cost, margin, and profitability controls.
  • Handle stock transfers between platforms and customer consignment stock programs.
  • Monitor, manage, and minimise ageing stock.

Escalation & Expertise

  • Act as the senior escalation point for all integration‑related issues.
  • Serve as the “Super User” for integration systems and tools.
  • Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and leadership to ensure fast resolution of issues.

People Leadership

  • Manage all aspects of people leadership, including workload prioritisation, goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development.
  • Lead HR processes related to performance or behavioural concerns when required.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in integration, operations, or similar technical environments
  • 5–8 years of experience directly managing or supervising employees
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail with a methodical, process‑focused mindset
  • Advanced proficiency with relevant computer systems and applications
  • Ability to follow instructions and proactively seek clarification when needed
