As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, interpreting those requirements into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. Ensuring that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s objectives is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve integration challenges and optimize workflows.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and integration techniques.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex business process integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data migration and interface development within SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
