We’re seeking a Creative Technology Manager to translate creative vision into digital experiences across banners, microsites, websites, apps, email, and interactive visual aids (IVAs). This role sits at the intersection of creative production and technology, enabling innovation while maintaining a balance of technical oversight and delivery discipline. 

As a working lead, this individual will code alongside the team, mentor developers, and ensure consistent delivery. The Creative Technology Manager serves as a bridge between Creative, Development, Account Teams and IT; helping translate ideas into scalable digital solutions while partnering to evolve the tech stack, integrate automation and AI-driven solutions, and future-proof workflows. They will interact directly with our technology partners and vendors such as Veeva or Salesforce to integrate automation and AI-driven solutions. Additionally, they must be able to engage directly with clients and client IT departments to future-proof workflows.

What You'll Do 

  • Guide daily development efforts, support prioritization, and help allocate resources 
  • Ensure quality assurance and consistency across all development deliverables 
  • Collaborate with Producers, Creative, UX, and Studio teams to align on requirements, timelines, and resourcing needs 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and step in when deadlines are at risk 
  • Champion version control and peer review practices 
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps to support staging and deployment 
  • Support Veeva implementations and maintain strong working relationships within the Veeva ecosystem 
  • Maintain and evolve internal tools (boilerplates, code generators, staging workflows) 
  • Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and modernize the stack, including automation and AI-driven solutions 
  • Provide visibility into team progress, capacity, and project risks 
  • Partner with IT to ensure the dev stack is scalable, compliant, and aligned to creative production needs 
  • Research and pilot emerging tools and frameworks, supporting adoption across the team 

Team Management and Mentorship

  • Act as a working lead: balance coding responsibilities with oversight of team deliverables 
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and training to developers 
  • 3–5 years in a lead or supervisory capacity with proven ability to mentor and guide developers 

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • 8–10 years of development experience across front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) within digital marketing or creative production environments 
  • Proven experience delivering both front-end and back-end solutions using modern application frameworks 
  • Veeva certification required, with demonstrated experience implementing solutions within Veeva client environments 
  • Existing relationships within the Veeva partner or platform ecosystem strongly preferred 
  • Experience developing email, display ads, microsites, websites, apps, and interactive content within pharma-compliant systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) 
  • Experience managing workloads and supporting resource planning 
  • Ability to translate creative and client requirements into scalable technical solutions 
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility 
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (React / Next.js, build pipelines, templating, automation workflows) 
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Bitbucket experience helpful) 
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools for deployment workflows 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills across Creative, Production, UX, and IT

Compensation Range: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
