WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Trade & Customs team sits within the Flow organization in Supply Chain & Planning Operations (SCPO) and is responsible for advancing Nike’s global trade capabilities, optimizing trade costs, and strengthening governance models that mitigate trade compliance risk across the enterprise.
As the Lead, Trade and Customs, you will report to the Director, Trade & Customs Operations and partner closely with teams across the Global Trade Network. This includes Trade & Customs teams across all geographies, Customs & Trade Legal, Supply Chain Analytics, Global Trade Technology, Trading Company, and Government & Public Affairs. You will also engage with Product Supply Chain, factory partners, and Logistics Service Providers on strategic initiatives and special projects. This role requires a proactive and highly organized professional who can navigate complexity, communicate effectively, and influence across diverse teams and organizational levels to deliver strategic outcomes for Global Trade & Customs.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
This role sits within the Trade & Customs team and will focus on building and advancing Nike’s global trade capabilities to support growth, strengthen compliance, and optimize the cross-border movement of Nike products. Key responsibilities include applying customs operations expertise, managing a portfolio of trade programs, leading trade-related projects, enabling strong partner collaboration, and implementing scalable process improvements. The role will also guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders across organizational levels, and deliver strategic outcomes for Supply Chain & Planning Operations (SCPO) Flow Trade & Customs. Strong project management skills are essential to successfully lead complex global initiatives from planning through execution.
