Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Perform and maintain FEA-based simulations to support product design, validation, and optimization
  • Coordinate modeling and simulation development activities in alignment with project and engineering requirements
  • Analyze and interpret simulation results, providing technical recommendations for design improvements
  • Prepare, review, and maintain Material Specification (Mspec) documentation in accordance with internal standards and customer requirements
  • Support design verification through comparison of simulation results with test or measurement data, as required
  • Collaborate with global engineering and technology teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and effective communication
  • Document simulation methodologies, assumptions, and results to support knowledge sharing and traceability

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Practical experience in FEA-based simulation and CAE analysis
  • Proficiency in simulation tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or equivalent software
  • Ability to analyze technical data and translate findings into design and quality improvements
  • Experience in preparing and managing technical documentation, including material specifications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global team environments
  • Proficiency in English for technical communication
