Role summary:
As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. This role requires leveraging data-driven insights to inform product roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving product lifecycle processes using modern methodologies. You will identify opportunities for innovation, optimize customer experiences, and communicate product vision effectively across cross-functional teams. About the team:
The team supports Product Transportation (TMS) by driving data-informed product decisions and managing product roadmaps. It collaborates closely with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver customer value through process optimization and innovative solutions. The team embraces modern practices such as Agile and Lean methodologies to develop and scale products efficiently. Members focus on emerging technologies and market trends to enhance product strategy and execution. This group fosters clear communication, continuous improvement, and effective problem-solving to meet business objectives and support the evolving needs of customers and partners.
What you'll do: - Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze product and feature data to identify trends, inform decisions, and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build consensus and communicate product vision and strategy effectively.
- Conduct customer research and journey mapping to enhance product experiences and address gaps.
- Lead product development cycles using Agile methodologies, including MVP creation and iterative improvements.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in product strategy development and execution, including roadmap creation and MVP management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, utilizing analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize product performance.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product innovation and competitive positioning.
- Ability to apply design thinking and customer journey mapping to enhance customer satisfaction and process optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles to drive iterative improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
