As a Software Engineer III, you will contribute to the design and development of software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams during project discovery and implementation phases. You will manage project requirements, support testing and deployment activities, and provide technical guidance to small engineering groups. What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage and deliver complex projects by translating requirements into scalable, maintainable code and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Support continuous integration and deployment processes through automation and scripting.
  • Mentor and guide small engineering teams, providing technical direction and documentation.
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and security.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in software design and development using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and ability to contribute to iterative project cycles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect management to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation and telemetry implementation to support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, project management, and user experience.
  • Skilled in preparing requirement traceability matrices and creating user stories aligned with business needs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and adherence to security and quality standards.

Sunnyvale, California US-11807: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
