What you'll do...
Director, Business Development & Strategy – OD: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development and Strategy with a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optometry and a passion for driving business growth and strategy within the eye care industry.

You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team focused on advancing our company's position in the eye care industry. The team is comprised of professionals with diverse backgrounds in optometry, business development, marketing, and strategy. Together, we work to identify new opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive.
What you’ll do:
Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances within optometry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including optometrists, ophthalmologists, and industry organizations.
What you’ll bring:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with active licensure.
Proven track record in business development and strategy within optometry.
Strong understanding of optometric practice management and clinical protocols.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
